Surprise Middle Cupcakes

   Mix cake as directed on package.

   Beat together above ingredients except chocolate chips.

   Stir in chips.

   Drop heaping tablespoonful of cake mix into cupcake paper holders, then add 1 teaspoon filling.

   Top with 1 tablespoon cake mix.

   Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
