  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 20 Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • pinch of salt

Directions

    Beat egg whites until stiff. Gradually add sugar to egg whites, then vanilla, salt and baking powder. Fold in crackers and nuts. Pour into a buttered pie pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Cool and top with whipped cream.
