  • 2 c. chopped yellow summer squash
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 4 c. crumbled corn bread
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • dash of pepper

Directions

    In a large skillet, saute the summer squash and onion in butter until tender.

    Remove from the heat, stir in remaining ingredients.

    Transfer to a greased 1-quart casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40 minutes.
