Surprisingly Simple Chicken Cacciatore

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (4 oz. each), chunked
  • salt and pepper
  • flour
  • paprika
  • 4 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 (26 oz.) jar Classico Di Napoli Tomato and Basil Pasta Sauce
  • 1 small green pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1 small red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 (1 lb.) pkg. Creamette thin spaghetti, uncooked
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Provolone cheese

Directions

    Season chicken with salt and pepper, then coat with flour and sprinkle with paprika.

    In large skillet, heat 3 tablespoons oil. Brown chicken and garlic; drain.

    Stir in Classico pasta sauce. Bring to a boil.

    Reduce heat.

    Cover; simmer 20 minutes, adding green and red bell peppers last 5 minutes.

    Prepare Creamette thin spaghetti according to package directions; drain and toss with remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
