- 4 c. peeled ripe tomatoes
- 1 c. green peppers, chopped (optional)
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- hot peppers to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
- 2 Tbsp. garlic, chopped or garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- tomato paste to thicken
Directions

1Put tomatoes in blender with hot peppers.

2Blend well.

3Stir in other ingredients and blend well together.

4This will keep in refrigerator 1 to 2 weeks.

5Or put in jars, seal and process. Pints or smaller jars for 15 minutes.

6Quart jars for 25 minutes.
