  • 6 tbsp Vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Raw cane sugar
  • 3 tsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tsp Salt

Directions

    Combine the ingredients and mix well until the sugar and salt dissolve.

    Add the cooked rice to Step 1 and mix together with cutting motions while fanning.

    Once it has cooled, it's ready to be used.
