  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 to 2 c. sugar to taste
  • 3 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. orange juice
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Toss first three ingredients together and set aside.

    Mix next eight ingredients with spoon just until evenly moistened.

    Pour 1/2 the batter into a greased and floured tube pan.

    Layer with 1/2 the apples.

    Pour in remaining batter.

    Layer with remaining apples.
