  • 8 small apples
  • 1 c. and 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. melted butter
  • 1 c. flour
  • pinch of salt

    Preheat oven at 350°.

    Use a large pie plate.

    Fill pie tin 2/3 full of apples.

    Sprinkle cinnamon, brown sugar and 1 tablespoon sugar on apples.

    Set aside.

    In a medium pan, combine butter, sugar and flour.

    Add 1 egg, beaten, and a pinch of salt and spread over the apples.

    Bake in oven for 1 hour.
