  • 3 lb. cauliflower
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. wheat germ
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
  • 3 hard-cooked eggs, cut in wedges
  • 1 tsp. chopped parsley

    Wash and trim cauliflower, leaving whole.

    Place in steamer over boiling water.
