- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Mix cream, sugar and gelatin.

2Heat mixture over low heat until gelatin dissolves.

3Remove from heat and allow to completely cool at room temperature or in refrigerator.

4Mix in sour cream and vanilla.
