  • 1 pkg. gelatin
  • 1 pt. heavy cream
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla or dark rum
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in 1/2 cup cool water.

    Heat gelatin, sugar and heavy cream in double boiler, then cool.

    Fold in sour cream; mix well.

    Stir in vanilla or dark rum.
