- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 cup sugar
- 7 oz. butter
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 Tbsp. cloves
- 4 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mix molasses, sugar, and butter in a pan.

2Melt it.

3Add cream and spices, mix.

4Mix the baking powder with a little of the flour.

5Mix everything in a large bowl.

6Put the dough in aluminum pan in the refrigerator.

7Leave to harden a few days.

8Take a little of the dough out, hit it a little, mix a little more flour in it if needed.

9Sprinkle flour on a table, roll the dough as thin as possible.

10Press shapes in it.

11Put the cookies on a greased baking sheet.

12Cook 5 - 10 minutes until brown.
