Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (1 3/8 oz.) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. shortening
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Combine ground beef and 1/2 envelope soup mix, bread crumbs and egg.

2Shape into 12 balls.

3In preheated skillet, brown meatballs in shortening and drain fat.

4Blend in remaining soup mix and flour and gradually stir in water and parsley.

5Cook, covered, over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Gradually stir in sour cream.

7Serve with noodles or rice.
