  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 1/2 slices bread, break into cubes
  • 1/3 c. onions, cut very small
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. parsley
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar chili sauce
  • 1 (10 oz.) jar grape jelly

Directions

    Mix beef, bread crumbs, onions, milk, egg, parsley, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce together; form into small balls (should make 60).

    Roll each ball lightly in flour and brown, using 2 tablespoons hot Crisco.
