  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup minced onion
  • 1 12 cups fine breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 teaspoons salt
  • 14 teaspoon pepper
  • 12 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 4 cups boiling water
  • 1 12 cups sour cream

Directions

    Mix all ingredients thoroughly.

    Shape into small size balls about walnut size.

    Brown in 1/4 cup hot oil, you may need more oil.

    Remove meatballs and make gravy.

    Return meatballs to gravy and cook 15-20 minutes.

    Stir in 1/2 cup flour, 2-tsp.

    paprika, 1 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoons pepper into hot fat in skillet.

    Stir in 4-cups boiling water.
