  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. catsup
  • 2 c. milk

Directions

    Combine meat with onion, eggs, cornstarch, salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon mustard and 1/2 cup milk. Shape into balls and brown. Place in casserole. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Heat until thickened. Pour over meatballs. Bake, covered, at 325° for 1 hour. Yields 6 servings.
