  • 1 lb. walnuts
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Bake walnuts in oven at 325° for about 10 minutes or until light brown.

    Take out and cool.

    Beat egg whites with sugar. Beat very well.

    Mix the nuts into the egg whites.
