Ingredients
- 3 pkg. dry yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 7 c. flour (approximately)
- 3 cubes margarine
Directions

1Place yeast in large bowl.

2Mix in a little milk and make a paste. Smash any lumps!

3Add sugar, salt, remaining milk and eggs, beating well after each addition.

4Fill sifter with flour and sift into mix.

5Make just past sticky stage.

6Pour out onto board and knead.

7Roll dough out and place 3 cubes of margarine on it.

8Fold dough over margarine and smash.

9Margarine will come through flour a little.

10Roll out again and fold.
-
11Repeat.

12Place in refrigerator for 15 minutes.
