Swedish Pineapple Dump Cake

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple (not drained)
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

    Beat first 5 ingredients together until blended. Add other 3 ingredients and mix again. This is why it is called a dump cake; just dump everything in at once. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes in a greased 9 x 13-inch METAL pan or use 2 layer cake pans.
