Ingredients
- 2 pkg. active dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. margarine or butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 6 1/2 to 7 c. flour
Directions

1Stir yeast into warm water and 1 teaspoon sugar.

2In a large bowl, heat milk, margarine, 1/2 cup sugar and salt to about 110°. Add yeast.

3Beat in about 2 cups flour and add eggs (room temperature).

4Beat in as much remaining flour as possible. Continue to add remainder gradually, kneading 8 to 10 minutes. Place dough in a large greased bowl.

5Cover and let rise in warm place (85°) until doubled.

6Punch down.

7Turn out on a lightly floured surface.

8May be used for cinnamon rolls, caramel rolls, buns or 2 loaves of bread.
