  • 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. margarine or butter, softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 21 oz. can or 2 c. prepared pie filling
  • 1 c. whipping cream, whipped and sweetened
  • 1 qt. raspberries

    Mix; put in cake pan and toast in oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until nice and brown.

    Stir every once in awhile. Save some for topping on pie.

    Press rest into 3 pie pans.
