  • 1 pkg (8 1/2 oz) Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 can (14 3/4 oz) Cream Style Corn
  • 1 can (15 oz) Whole Kernel Corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

    Preheat oven to 375F and lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
