- 34 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 egg (beaten)
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons honey
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Combine dry ingredients.

3Add milk, egg and oil.

4Stir until well mixed.

5Coat 9 inch square pan with non-stick cooking spray.

6Bake until knife inserted in center comes out clean (approximately 20 minutes).

7Combine margarine and honey.

8Spread over top of hot cornbread.
