- 14 cup dry mustard (or less)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 14 cup cider vinegar
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 12 cup mayonnaise
Directions

1In a small saucepan, combine mustard, sugar and salt.

2Add vinegar and egg, blending well.

3Cook over low heat 2-3 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring constantly.

4Refrigerate 10-15 minutes, then stir in mayonnaise.

5Store in refrigerator.

6This should make about 3/4 cup.
