  • 1/2 whole Sweet Onion Such As Vidalia Or Walla Walla
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, Chopped
  • 1/4 bunches Cilantro
  • 1/2 Lime, Juiced
  • 1/4 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 13 teaspoons Cumin
