  • 1 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1/2 can evaporated milk
  • 1 pt. whole milk
  • 2 egg whites, beaten stiff

    Add egg whites after straining the mixture.

    Bake in two 9-inch pie shells at 400° approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
