  • 3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. light cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. pecans
  • 1/3 stick melted butter or margarine

Directions

    Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, cream and vanilla. Separately mix flour, brown sugar, pecans and butter together and top sweet potatoes.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
