Ingredients
- 1 pkg. active dry yeast
- 3/4 c. skim milk, scalded and cooled
- 1/4 c. oil
- 3 Tbsp. low sodium corn oil margarine
- 1/4 c. warm water
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water.

2Mix in milk, sugar, oil and half of the flour.

3Add remaining flour and work into dough.

4Knead on lightly floured board for 5 minutes.

5Place in oiled bowl, turning once to oil surface.

6Cover and let rise until double, about 90 minutes.

7Punch down and roll into an 18 x 8-inch rectangle. Spread with margarine and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

8Roll up along wide side to form a roll 18-inches long.

9Cut into 1-inch slices.
