- 1 Salmon fillet
- 1 Sea Salt
- 1 Black Pepper
- 1 Lemon Juice
- 1 Honey BBQ
Directions

1Season salmon evenly with salt and pepper on both sides

2Squeeze lemon juice over salmon

3Cook salmon, skin down, over indirect heat 300 for approximately 30mins

4Brush with bbq sauce.

5(I make my own sauce, but I cannot share that recipe with you)

6If skin sticks to grill, it's ok.

7I take the skin off before serving anyway.
