- 1-1/4 cup Milk
- 6 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1 whole Egg
- 1-1/4 cup Yellow Cornmeal
- 1 cup Flour
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 3 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 F. Grease the bottom and sides of your pan. I used an 8x8 inch pan.

2Mix milk, butter and egg in a large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients just until moistened (batter will be lumpy). Pour batter into pan.

3Bake 30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
