  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 medium can shoestring beets drained
  • 1 tsp. onion juice
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 pt. sour cream

Directions

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.

    Cool.

    Add remaining ingredients; except sour cream.

    Fold in sour cream. Pour into mold.

    Chill.
