- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 3 Tbsp. raspberry or peach preserves
Directions

1Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with electric mixer until well blended.

2Add eggs; mix until blended. Pour into crust. Dot top of cheesecake with preserves.

3Cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.

4Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.

5Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

6Garnish with Cool Whip.
