- 1 Unbaked Pie Crust (9-inch)
- 1/2 pounds Swiss Cheese, Grated
- 1 Tablespoon All-purpose Flour
- 3 whole Eggs, Well Beaten
- 1 cup Milk Or Heavy Cream
- 1/8 teaspoons Salt
- 1/8 teaspoons Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Directions

1Line a pie dish with the pastry.

2Dredge cheese with flour. Distribute cheese evenly into the pie dish.

3Beat eggs well; mix with milk. Season lightly with salt and pepper and pour over cheese.

4Bake for 15 minutes in 400 degree F oven, then reduce to 300-325 degrees F and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean.

5Serve hot or warmed over.
