  • 4 chicken breasts, deboned and skinless
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can cream chicken soup diluted with milk (1/2 can of milk to 1 can soup)
  • 3 pieces Swiss cheese
  • 1 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine

Directions

    Place chicken in baking dish.

    Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place cheese over chicken.

    Pour soup over cheese.

    Sprinkle stuffing over cheese.

    Pour butter over stuffing.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Serve with rice pilaf.
