  • 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. unsalted butter or margarine
  • 1/2 c. reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. reduced-sodium chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp. dried oregano
