- 8 slices bacon
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Fry and drain bacon; crumble and divide into four large custard dishes.

2Beat 4 eggs well.

3Add Swiss cheese, grated Parmesan, milk and salt.

4Pour over bacon pieces in dishes. Sprinkle 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg on each serving.

5Place custard dishes in 2 (8 x 11-inch) pans and surround with 1-inch hot water. Bake at 350° for 55 to 60 minutes or until set.
