- salt to taste
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/4 tsp. basil
Directions

1Cover pieces of liver with flour and seasoning.

2In large frypan, heat oil over medium heat.

3Add onions, tomatoes and basil.

4Cover with lid.

5Reduce heat to low and cook 1 hour.
