- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
- 1 pint half-and-half
- 2 cups grated swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- salt and pepper
- paprika (optional)
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Spray a 13x9 pan with Pam.

3Put hash browns in pan and add salt and pepper to taste.

4Top with grated cheese and pour half and half over top.

5Drizzle with melted butter.

6Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

7Bake for 1 to 1.5 hours.

8I like to cover mine with foil and then uncover the last half an hour.
