  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper and nutmeg
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
