- garlic salt
- flour
- 2 stalks celery, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 large onion, cut in wedges
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions

1If using venison, soak for 2 hours in water and vinegar solution.
