- 1 pkg. round steak
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- 1/4 tsp. celery salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 4 beef bouillon cubes
- 3 to 4 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. to 1 tsp. oil
Directions

1Remove all fat from meat and cut in steaks.

2Tenderize meat with meat mallet.

3Mix flour, onion salt, celery salt, pepper and garlic salt in small bowl.

4Cover each piece of meat with flour mixture and brown in frying pan.

5After browned, place beef cubes and water in pan (enough water to cover meat).

6Cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook 45 minutes.

7Serve with mashed potatoes.
