- 1 lb. round steak, in serving pieces
- flour
- salt and pepper
- sliced onion
- sliced celery
- 1 small can steak sauce
- water
Directions

1Cut round steak in serving pieces.

2Pound flour, salt and pepper into meat and brown in frying pan.

3Chill and refrigerate until morning.

4Place in casserole and place sliced onion and celery over top.

5Add a small can of steak sauce mixed with same amount of water.

6Bake 2 1/2 to 3 hours at 325°.
