- 2 lb. round steak (1 inch thick)
- 1/3 c. flour
- 4 Tbsp. shortening
- 2 onions, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1 clove garlic, cut fine
- 1 stalk celery, sliced
- 1 1/2 c. tomatoes or 1/2 c. chili sauce and 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 green pepper, sliced
Directions

1Pound flour into both sides of steak.

2Preheat electric skillet to 360°.

3Add 2 tablespoons shortening.

4Add onions and saute until golden brown.

5Remove from skillet and set aside.
