  • thick cut of round steak
  • 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes or 2 large tomatoes
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
  • 1 envelope onion mix

Directions

    Place thick cut of round steak on piece of foil.

    On top, place 1 can of tomatoes or 2 large tomatoes, sliced.

    Add all other ingredients on top of meat.

    Wrap foil around meat.

    Place on cookie sheet and bake for 2 hours at 350°.
