- 2 lb. round steak
- 6 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Directions

1Mix flour, salt, pepper and paprika together.

2Cut meat into portions; pound flour mixture into steak and brown in oleo.

3Saute onion.

4Mix onion, water and sour cream until well blended.

5Pour over meat; cover and cook over medium heat 35 to 45 minutes. Uncover and cook until sauce thickens (10 to 15 minutes).

6Serves 8.
