  • 1 round steak
  • 1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 3 cans water
  • 1 chopped onion
  • seasoning: salt, pepper, etc.

Directions

    Cut steak in serving sizes. Season, flour and brown the steak. Put the steak into a baking pan with chopped onion, tomato sauce and 3 cans of water. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
