- 2 lb. chuck steak, cut in pieces
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 large can tomatoes, drained (save juice)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. juice
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. A.1. sauce
Directions

1Coat aluminum foil with butter and place in center of pan. Arrange pieces of meat on foil slightly overlapping.

2Put soup mix, tomatoes, seasonings and sliced pepper over top of steak. Mix cornstarch, A.1. sauce and tomato juice.

3Pour over meat. Cover with foil.

4Bake 2 hours at 375°.
