  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. tomato juice

Directions

    Sprinkle flour, salt and pepper on steak. Pound steak and brown on both sides in oil. Add other ingredients. Cook in Miro-Matic pot for 30 minutes or until steak is tender. Serves 2.
