- 2 to 3 lb. round steak, tenderized
- 2 green peppers, cut into eighths
- 2 cans stewed tomatoes
- 1 small onion, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- small amount of flour
Directions

1Cut steak into serving size pieces.

2Salt and pepper meat, then roll in flour.

3In a large skillet, brown steak on both sides in a small amount of fat.

4Pour tomatoes over steak, then add onion and green pepper.

5Cover and simmer for about 1 hour.

6Occasionally, gently stir to keep steak from sticking to bottom of skillet. Serve over white or yellow rice.
