- 1 large round steak, cut into serving pieces
- flour
- salt and pepper
- onions
- garlic powder or salt
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions

1Dust each steak piece with flour.

2Pound flour, salt and pepper into meat.

3Brown on both sides in hot grease.

4Slice onions and add garlic powder or salt on top.

5Mix water, sour cream, soy sauce and brown sugar.

6Pour ingredients over steak.

7Bake in a 300° oven for an hour in a casserole dish or pan.
